Marine Arguin - LA TESTE DE BUCH

At Club du Large, a small, quiet condominium, you'll find Marine Arguin, my childhood home, which we have completely renovated to make it even more inviting. Ideally located on the Arcachon Bay, 950 meters from the charming oyster port of La Teste-de-Buch and its oyster tasting huts, along the seawall leading to the protected salt marshland, you can enjoy numerous walks or bike rides (two bicycles are available). On-site access includes a private tennis court with rackets and balls, and a pétanque court with boules. A reserved parking space is located in front of the house. The main living area comprises an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge/sofa area, opening onto a 20 m² secluded terrace. You will also find a shower room with a walk-in shower and toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) and wardrobes. It is accessed via a mezzanine which has a second double bed (140 x 190 cm). An adjoining, separate utility room houses a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an additional refrigerator, and an electric griddle. Bed linen and towels are available for rent. Electric heating is charged according to meter readings, after a deduction of 8 kWh of electricity per day. Gas for cooking (if the hob works with this energy), water within reasonable consumption limits, a daily allowance of 8 kWh of electricity.
