Just 1.5 kilometers from Lake Cazaux and 9 km from La Teste-de-Buch, stay in our new, air-conditioned, 140 m² single-story house with a semi-inground, octagonal, heated swimming pool (6m x 4m, 1.31m deep) available from April to October, weather permitting. The house is located in a quiet development, close to the cycle path connecting the lake and the ocean, and boasts a fully enclosed and secure 1290 m² garden with a large 170 m² wooden terrace and a bowling alley. The house includes a large, very bright living room opening onto the terrace with an awning, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Four bedrooms, three of which are equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, and one with two 90x190 cm beds (televisions in each bedroom). The bedrooms, equipped with double beds, have their own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. A separate bathroom with a bathtub and two separate toilets complete the property. A pantry adjoining the kitchen offers a washing machine and dryer. Parking for three vehicles is available on the property. Bed linens, table linens, towels, and heating are included in the price. Tourist tax is an additional charge. Reversible air conditioning is available.
