A fully enclosed and secure 500 m² garden, as well as a 70 m² wooden terrace with sun loungers and garden furniture, await you for relaxing moments. The house, comprising a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a spacious and bright living room with a lounge area and a TV corner, with a large opening onto the terrace, is ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms: two with a double bed (140x200 cm) and the third with two single beds (90x190 cm). The bathroom includes a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The toilet is separate. A large utility/laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and cleaning supplies is at your disposal. Parking is available for two vehicles.
