Das Haus lag optimal. Der Internetauftritt entsprach im Bereich der Außenanlagen nicht dem tatsächlich sehr ungepflegten Erscheinungsbild. Für 8 Personen ist das Haus unserer Meinung nach nicht geeignet. Es gibt nur eine Toilette ohne Waschbecken. Die Bäder haben Badewannen ohne Duschstange, was nicht unbedingt praktisch ist. Die eine Klimaanlage befindet sich im Wohnzimmer. Trotz offen stehender Zimmertüren erreichte die Kühlung zwei Schlafzimmer nicht. Ansonsten lässt das Haus keine Wünsche offen.Kristine, die Vermieterin hat uns überaus freundlich begrüßt und war während unseres Aufenthaltes jederzeit erreichbar und ansprechbar.

Gîte bien équipé, agréable, dans une rue calme avec parking, cependant une salle de bains n'est pas à la hauteur des prestations de l'ensemble de la maison. La propriétaire nous a expliqué ( après nos remarques négatives) que suite à une tempête de l'hiver dernier son cabanon de jardin s'est envolé mais tout son débarras , plaqué au mur nous a gâché le plaisir d'un jardin agréable.... Regrettable !!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. La maison est très bien équipée et dans un quartier très calme. Petit plus: la climatisation quand il fait 35 degré. Merci à Christine pour son accueil.

Maison située dans un quartier calme, chaleureuse, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Cuisine très bien équipée. Hôte adorable et réactive. Un petit bémol : 2 salles de bain mais 1 seul toilette, un peu juste pour 8 personnes.

Super maison, très bien, décorée, très chaleureux, bien équipée. On nous a tout bien expliqué à l’arrivée, nous y avons séjourné un mois de décembre, et c’était super car il y avait plusieurs chauffages et des radiateurs à peu près partout.

Une région magnifique. Un pied à terre super sympa . Une maison Très très propre. Conforme à l’annonce. Kristy est accueillante, disponible et réactive. N’oubliez pas vos vélos, des dizaines de balades à faire dans les environs !

Toll und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Für 4 bis 6 Personen ideal. Mit Leihrädern kann man von dort prima die Umgebung erkunden. Der nächste Strand mit Wellen ist allerdings etwas weiter weg. Christy stand immer mit guten Tips parat und hat eine persönliche Übergabe durchgeführt. Alles in allem hatten wir eine Tolle Woche.

Situation géographique idéale Propriétaire accueillante et de bon conseil. Nous avons passé un bon week end ensoleillé en famille. Petit bémol sur une chambre avec un clic clac (qui va être remplacé par un lit double prochainement m'a assuré la propriétaire), et surtout un extérieur pourtant prometteur mais malheureusement pas propre... Barbecue non calibré pour 8 personnes... Dommage pour cela... sinon très bien

Le descriptif du logement n’était pas conforme car dans une chambre, ce n’était pas un lit double mais un clic clac en mauvais état. Un couple a du dormir sur le canapé lit. Abritel devait nous rappeler pour nous trouver un autre logement, on attends encore… Et le propriétaire n’avait pas de solution… Première expérience avec Abritel et il y en aura pas d’autres

Une maison parfaite pour des vacances en famille

Maison joliment aménagée dans un quartier calme et agréable. Petits commerces à distance de marche. Bon point de départ pour explorer la région d'Arcachon. Christy est une propriétaire très sympathique et engagée.
