Room looked and felt dirty. Specifically asked a non-smoking room because we were with our kids and we got a room that reeked of cigarettes. This is an extended stay hotel so it had that weird vibe. Good price though and was ok to just spend a night. But definitely felt uneasy - especially with a a broken lock to the patio door..

Value for money

The receptionist spoke English and was very helpful. The apartment was adequate for our needs for an overnight stay. There were a couple of things that should have been picked up by cleaning staff (a curtain hanging off the rail and a non-working extractor in the toilet) and I did report back to reception about this and a note was made. Hopefully these will be rectified before the next guests take up residence. Overall the rooms cleanliness was good. We never used the kitchen or utensils so I’ve no idea about this aspect. The pool was good and we did all have a swim. To sum up: for a short stay this was excellent value for money.

Annonce ne correspondant pas à ce que l'on a eu. Queen bed sur l annonce. Deux lits une place dans notre chambre. Nous demandons à l'accueil d'avoir une chambre avec un lit double meme si on ne doit pas avoir la vue sur le lac ou si on doit payer un peu plus. Reponse du personnel : on ne peut pas car l'hotel est plein. Constation de notre part sur place : parking à moitié vide. Peu de monde au petit dejeuner. Nous n avons jamais croisé d'autre client dans les couloirs ni avoir vu personne sur les autres balcons. On nous a quand meme repondu qu on ne pouvait pas nous rembourser non plus pour qu on aille dormir ailleurs mais que si on voulait ils pouvaient toujours nous rembourser les 2 euros et quelques de taxes de sejour. Nous passerons sur les petits détails de la chambre comme les joints décollés à la douche ou sur une porte, les portes qui ne ferment mas car pas en face de l'encadrement... Plus embetant le manque de pression de l'eau pour la douche. Et si un autre robinet coule en meme temps comme le lavabo plus de pression du tout dans la douche. Le positif pour essayer de garder un bon souvenir : vue sur le lac (malgre les batiments en construction autour) et le petit dej..
