Very nice recent apartment on the raised first floor located in Eco-district at the gates of the Dune du Pyla, the beaches of the Bassin d'Arcachon and many Leisure Parks.

La propriétaire est très disponible et sympathique. Environnement et appartement conformes aux photographies Petite supérette dans la résidence et restaurant de sushis au pied de la résidence. Petit bémol éco quartier top mais énormément de moustiques ...Excellent séjour on va revenir

Calme et agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L'appartement correspond bien à la description. Il était propre, calme et agréable. Une piscine et des jeux pour enfants font parties de la copro. A moins de 20min du centre de la Teste et autan en voiture de la plage. A refaire avec plaisir
