A brand-new, recently renovated private apartment located about a 7-minute walk from the central station and very close to all amenities, situated in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one en suite in the master bedroom), both with showers.
The living room with kitchenette is spacious and bright. The balcony overlooks a wonderful private garden—a rare find in the city—where you can enjoy breakfast or relax in peace after a day at the beach!
Air conditioning is available in every room. Free Wi-Fi. First floor, no elevator.
Ideal for couples or families looking for the convenience of the city center but in a quiet area.

We had a wonderful stay here. The apartment has such a lovely, welcoming energy and immediately felt like home. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, with quick responses and clear instructions. Check-in was completely seamless, and the location made it easy to explore La Spezia and the surrounding area. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the region.
