The property is located just a few minutes’ walk from La Spezia Central Station, in an area with easy access to essential amenities: a pharmacy, supermarket, cafes, and restaurants.



The property enjoys a very convenient location, both for getting around La Spezia and for visiting Porto Venere or the Cinque Terre.

-BEDROOM (2) with two single beds, a double sofa bed, and access to the balcony;

-KITCHEN with gas stove, TV, dining table with chairs, refrigerator, moka pot, electric kettle, oven, toaster, and various kitchen utensils;

-BATHROOM with small bathtub, bidet, and toilet;

-TWO BALCONIES.
