Ms. Ilaria was proactive in contacting us and easy to reach for directions and questions before arrival. Layout of the large suite has 5 separate rooms with own private bathrooms but all sharing common entry area with tea & coffee. The location is close to the train station or ferry terminal to explore Cinque Terre. Note: take the day ferry! One negative about all of La Spezia is IF you have a car there is very little free parking but there is paid parking (safer / recommended) and both are 15 min walk away. The inside of the apartment and rooms is nice inside an older building but other than that all was fine.

The experience was amazing! Maristella was great at communicating prior to check in prior to arrival and day of stay. She was responsive to requests. I had to stay an extra day because of train strike and though she had nothing available, she made a wonder recommendation. I loved the area of town my stay was in. It was convenient to everything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat ❤️
Entry was easy to find , secure and safe.

Had everything we needed for our stay. The location is excellent and the property is within walking distance of the heart of La Spezia. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. Tons of dining options and shops nearby. Would recommend staying here when visiting Cinque Terre. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was nice. The biggest issue is that you can hear everything upstairs from footsteps to child playing with toys. The walls were very thin and you can hear snoring and coughing from the neighboring room.

My recent stay in Florence was wonderful. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I also found it to be very clean and the room was quite comfortable – exactly what I needed after a day of sightseeing.

Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue I had was that it’s in the same building as an apartment and there was a loud family with young/loud children running around and jumping all hours of the night right above us. It’s not close to the train station, but that’s on my for not checking ahead of time. Would consider staying there again.

Very thin walls and uncomfortable bed. Shower was super small. Owner was nice and moved us to another room due to construction above unit. Unfortunately we could still hear the work and, worse, clearly hear the people talking in the adjacent room.
