not what i expected. the hotel is impossible to get to and its extremely remote. the pool and view is the main selling point and the water was freezing so we couldn't enjoy it. the bed was uncomfortable and we didn't have hot water our first night. not worth it

This place was amazing, Daniela was so nice and warm welcome! She went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful one. The views from this hotel are breathtaking! A must stay at, this is total R&R and close and easy to get to Cinque Terre from.

Awesome stop before 5 terre

Beautiful place up on the hills right behind the city. Great views on a small functioning farm. breakfast was lovely and the owner is just lovely. Drive is steep if you are walking but we walked into town and back no problem. Thanks for the great stay we will be back!

Vue et piscine magnifique!

Accès assez difficile par une petite route sinueuse et très étroite. Tout en haut la vue est magnifique et la piscine aussi. Le calme entouré des vignes et des oliviers. Petit appartement confo, petit mais tout y est, une belle petite terrasse avec vue sur la ville, le port et la mer en prime. Pas d'internet dans la chambre on doit monter jusqu'à la piscine pour y avoir un accès mitigé. Bel accueil par la propriétaire et bons conseils avec carte et explications sur les sites à visiter.

Nice hotel, but difficult to get to

The hotel is very nice. View is great. The owner is very nice and accomodating. Just be prepared as getting to it is difficult due to the steep, curvy and narrow road. Also there is no restaurant on site. They do have an agreement with one in town who delivers, but it has a limited menu. The apartment was very charming, clean and nice.

Beautiful view, friendly owners

To check-in you MUST call before to schedule a time as this is a privately owned rental. Owner will come to meet you at the gate as it is safely secured and private. Once meeting owner, she provided a gate remote and key, as well as explained all options for entertainment, dining, showed rental place, and walked the grounds with us. You will find they are very accommodating and welcoming. (She) also knows English, which was a plus for us as the Google Translate App was helpful at times. They prefer you pay for reservation cash upon an agreed upon checkout time, so plan on taking about 180 euro from ATM to account for stay AND food. Food can be ordered by calling owner as she explains and leaves a menu for you with her number... it is delivered about an hour and a half later so plan ahead if you order through their partnering restaurant. (She informed us to plan ahead about 1.5 hours prior to eating. Cost of food is added to final bill at time of check out. Be prepared to have cash or get a 2-3% interest charge for using card. Again, privately owned. Awesome infinity pool and amazing view. There are 2 pools next to each other and a game room. A small playground is available if you have kids. Grape vines surround property and they sell their own wine affordable as well. We enjoyed a bottle with dinner on patio. Again, seaside view was amazing!! Worth every penny. We thought it was very quaint and enjoyed our stay very much! definitely recommended and we would return.

la propriétaire est sympathique, disponible ,malgré un emplacement magnifique , l'accès reste très critique.nous n'avons malheureusement pas profiter de la ville en fin de journée des lors ou nous avons rejoint le logement .prévoir une petite voiture et idéalement en boite automatique . petit déjeuner a revoir produits locaux et fruits serait de rigueur pour un agritourisme.

Unmatched views

Tricky drive up the switchback road but WORTH IT! Views are unmatched--Golfo dei Poeti, La Spezia, Appenines, etc. Easy access to Cinqueterra from train in La Spezia. Daniella is a delightful hostess who makes everything for you a priority. They only accept cash so be ready at checkout. Loved this place! Would definitely come back.

Mountain Hillside View

We really enjoyed the great view. The apartment was nicely furnished with a comfortable queen size bed. Do not bother ordering dinner, as it was not very good. The driveway is very narrow and steep, so if you have a large car you may not wish to book this place. We loved our stay.

Très très bel endroit, sur les hauteurs,au milieu des oliviers. Appartement très charmant, typique. Une vue magnifique sur la ville. L'accès en voiture est délicat, petite route sinueuse, impossible à croiser. Déconseillé à toute grande voiture, voiture de sport basse ou bus-camping car. Piscine à débordement, également avec vue fantastique. Accueil sympathique, plein d'astuce pour passer un bon séjour.

Nous ne reviendrons pas ...

En deux mots, nous avons été déçus. Si le prix de la nuit est au tarif d'un hotel, les services en sont absents. Votre chambre ne sera pas faite pendant votre séjour, pas d'oreillers supplémentaires, les serviettes ne seront pas changées. Pas de wifi dans la chambre. L'ecran de TV est celui d'un ordinateur. Petits déjeuners en sus. Notre appartement donné sur l'entrée donc aucune intimité. Rideau tiré tout le temps. Impossible de dormir la clim faisait un bruit d'enfer. L'eau de la piscine était très trouble et le manque d'eau au niveau d'aspiration dans le bac tampon donne lieu à un niveau sonore qui vous empêchait toute détente. Règlement en espèces. Points positifs : la vue sur la Spezia et la rade ... mais avec le bruit de la ville et la sirène de l'arsenal à 7h.

Wunderbare Lage überhalb von La Spezia. Auto auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Taxi vom Bahnhof kostet 18 Euro, ist aber auch zu Fuss in ca 1h erreichbar. Wein aus eigener Produktion gibt es zu kaufen und von einem Restaurant kann essen bestellt werden, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall selbst Essen und Trinken mitzunehmen. Absolutes Highlight ist der Pool mit Meeresblick.
