SUPER CONSIGLIATO. Moderno e molto pulito.

Camere moderne e molto pulite e dotate di buon asciugacapelli, aria condizionata e acqua fresca compresa nel prezzo (presenza di un frighetto in camera). C’è anche un piccolo cucinino in comune dotato anche di microonde e bollitore. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno condiviso anche alcuni link utili per visitare le cinque terre. Zona tranquilla e servita da autobus che ti portano in centro. SUPER CONSIGLIATO.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super, für den Preis kann man nicht mehr erwarten. Top sauber, gutes Bett, ordentliches kleines Bad, sogar mit Seife und Duschgel, Safe im Schrank, Minibar zur Benutzung und sogar mit gratis Wasser und Saft, noch dazu Kekse und Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine in der Gemeinschaftsküche. Es ist halt recht laut draußen man muss ein bisschen nach einem Parkplatz suchen, aber das ist ja normal bei der zentralen Lage. Innerhalb von ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg haben wir immer einen gratis Parkplatz ( mit weißen Linien gekennzeichnet) gefunden. Ganz klare Weiterempfehlung für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in La Spezia.

Struttura nuovissima, pulita, comoda. Non è un hotel ma m camere in affitto. Personale cordiale. Chiamare prima per mettersi d accordo riguardo al check in. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio pubblico gratuito. La struttura è vicina al porto e a circa 1.5 km dal centro di La Spazia. Poco distante dalle 5 terre. Consiglistissimo

Propre et fonctionel

La chambre d’hôtes se situe plutôt loin de la gare et du centre historique mais nous avions le temps donc pas dramatique. Elle se situe dans un ancien hôtel privé et rien que pour le patrimoine l’ascenseur vaut le détour. La chambre est moderne, propre, confortable, la déco minimaliste (trop?). Un bon rapport qualité/prix si vous avez le temps d’aller jusque cet endroit de la ville.
