Welcome to this little cocoon (classified 2* in 2021 by Etoiles de France) located by the sea in a beautiful closed residence with swimming pool. At 5 minutes from the port of La Seyne-sur-Mer and the lively district and beach of Les Sablettes, enjoy a 25m² apartment fully equipped with a balcony, composed of a sleeping area for 2 persons and a double sofa bed. Discover the many water activities, nature walks, restaurants, bars, beaches and much more near the residence where the apartment is located.
The apartment has been classified by Etoiles de France in October 2021. It is a bright NEW studio, fully renovated, with a bathroom, a large dressing room, a sleeping area with double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kitchen utensils, storage...), a sofa bed for 2 people, a small dining area and a balcony with outdoor furniture. Located in a quiet residence, you have access to the private swimming pool entirely reserved for the tenants and owners of the residence, it is open only in season from June to September.
A small path accessible at the feet of the apartment allows you to directly access the small port of Tamaris near the beaches of Les Sablettes. The local shops are also accessible on foot.
I live 10 minutes away from the apartment and will be at your disposal if you need me during your stay. I will remain reachable by phone or email.
The district of Tamaris was a real favorite. This posh seaside resort has "Remarkable Heritage Sites" under an Area of Valorization of Architecture and Heritage (AVAP) since 2016. It is known for its large cornice on which you can take walks along the port and the small beaches of Tamaris, which leads directly to the Sablettes district. This one is very lively in season with its night market, its amusement park for children and its large white sandy beaches.
You can also go 15 minutes by car to the port of Sanary-sur-Mer, known for its typical market elected Most Beautiful Market of France in 2018. As a native of Seyne-sur-Mer, I will be delighted to provide you with all the information you need to make the most of your stay.
As soon as you arrive, you will find a folder containing all the information you need for your stay such as the walks to do in the surroundings, the restaurants and bars to discover, the beaches, the public transport, but also the elements concerning the apartment and its functioning (use of the washing machine, and the dishwasher...).
The district is very well served by public transportation such as the shuttle boat that leads to the port of Toulon, and various buses that reach the district of Les Sablettes, the city center and port of La Seyne-sur-Mer, the city of Sanary-sur-Mer, as well as Toulon. The bus stop is located in front of the residence, 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
