Keeping the bed clean and parking information

The hotel stated that they have a parking lot for 10€ but nothing about it not having enough parking spaces for the guests. This happened to us having to circle the parking house close to the hotel and the streets. Giving the correct information to the guests is crucial.

The hotel, staff and breakfast are all good. I would have given the hotel a 4 or 5 overall rating but, I had prepaid on Expedia early on the day of arrival. On arrival I was asked to pay again as the reception staff said I hadn’t paid. Therefore I’ve now paid twice. After proving I’d paid twice they’ve said they will get a refund. I check out today but still no refund so I will have to chase after departure. All good apart from that but the room space is a bit tight. I would use KYRIAD again as have stayed before.

L’hôtel s’apparente plutôt à un « hôtel formule UN » qu’un hôtel « Kyriad » bien qu’il s’agisse d’un « eco ». Les chambres sont petites , les murs fins . Le matin au moment du petit déjeuner ( compris dans la réservation) nous attendons près de l’accueil, Le personnel qui est devant ne vient pas vers nous. Nous commençons à nous servir et c’est à ce moment là que l’on nous demande le numéro de chambre. Plus tard en début d’après midi, j’attends près de la réception afin de demander un café. Je finis par me servir , et c’est à ce moment que le personnel qui était juste devant me demande mon numéro de chambre et de régler. Un premier commentaire était posté le jour même. Dès que nous repassons devant la réception , le personnel nous demande de nous justifier . Le sentiment d’insécurité est renforcé par le fait que le matin même , 3 policiers nationaux viennent à la réception. Le parking qui pourrait être fermé ( il y a bien un portail) reste ouvert. C’est la première fois que sur un séjour de 3 nuits, nous partons au bout de même pas 24 heures (précisions: pas de geste commercial , l’hôtel étant déjà réglé, impossible d’annuler sur le site. Nous avons déposé la carte d’entrée en chambre, en disant que nous partions plus tôt pourtant).
