The staff were helpful, they addressed a check in issue immediately. The room was clean. I would not bother to get the breakfast though, it’s quite limited in options.

The hotel, staff and breakfast are all good. I would have given the hotel a 4 or 5 overall rating but, I had prepaid on Expedia early on the day of arrival. On arrival I was asked to pay again as the reception staff said I hadn’t paid. Therefore I’ve now paid twice. After proving I’d paid twice they’ve said they will get a refund. I check out today but still no refund so I will have to chase after departure. All good apart from that but the room space is a bit tight. I would use KYRIAD again as have stayed before.

Bon accueil de la réception du soir et du matin. Chambre et sanitaires propres. L'espace wc et lavabo (minuscule) sont par contre un peu trop étroit et manque un peu d'espace.

L’hôtel était peu occupé j’ai demandé une chambre au calme et il m’a donné la chambre la plus près de la route. Très bruyant à partir de 4h du matin quand les gens commencent à partir au travail. Très mal dormi.

Idéal pour une escale

Idéal pour une escale, avant de prendre le bateau par exemple. La chambre est très petite mais propre, insonorisation faible, parking vraiment petit. Mais personnel d’accueil present toute la nuit. Nous avons tout de même bien dormi.
