Points négatifs : Piscine uniquement accessible sur une plage horaire précise. Abords de la piscine durs et désagréables. Interdiction de faire des plongeons. Micro-ondes fait des bruits "suspects" en fonctionnement. Réfrigérateur assez ancien. Pas de lave-vaisselle. Points positifs : Sanitaires et douche propres et fonctionnels. Climatisation. Electroménager à disposition. Etendage également. Petite terrasse avec table, sans vis-à-vis. Place de parking privative dans la résidence. Tranquillité.
