Located across from the Serre-Chevalier climbing wall, 50 meters from the swimming pool, the ice rink, and numerous shops: tourist office, guide office, convenience store, deli, bakery, sports store with equipment rental, movie theater, ESF, bank, laundromat, linen rental, pharmacy, doctors....

In winter: Right at the base of the slopes, this highly functional studio is located in a very quiet luxury residence, ideally situated just 100 “real” meters from the ski lifts and 200 meters from the cross-country ski trails...

In summer: 150 m from a private pool, 200 meters from Lake Pontillas, which offers a wide range of activities: swimming, canoeing, and pedal boats, as well as a sandy beach for children, a lawn for adults, and nearby mini-golf, a starting point for whitewater sports (canyoning, rafting, airboat rides...).
Just a short walk away, you’ll find paintball, an ice-driving track, go-karting, a horseback riding center, an adventure park (Aventure Park), and—for the more adventurous—a paragliding initiation and a race track (Trophée Andros in January).
The studio is also very close to historical sites and attractions such as sundials, botanical trails, and religious landmarks. You’re also very close to major hiking trails: GR50: Tour du Haut Dauphiné—it runs right through the resort and is easily accessible from Le Bez (150 m from the studio).

We had a great time in Serre Chevalier and the apartment in suited us perfectly, 2 minutes from the ski slopes - the closest we've ever been to the slopes before. The apartment is exactly the same as the description on the advert, very clean and tidy and all the facilities in good use. Jean is a very nice man and was very helpful with any questions we had. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for an amazing holiday! *****

Tout dans l appartement est prévu pour passer des vacances merveilleuses. Le cadre et la vue sur les sommets sont extraordinaires. L appartement est très bien situé tant au niveau du départ de la station de ski, de la randonnée, des activités sportives, des commerces, etc..... C est une résidence très agréable, bien entretenue est calme. Le propriétaire est une personne disponible, agréable et qui sait vous conseiller pour que votre séjour reste inoubliable. En deux mots n hésiter pas.
