Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in the village of Le Bez, in the municipality of La Salle-les-Alpes, right in the heart of the Serre Chevalier ski resort. It is situated in a traditional former sheepfold and overlooks the Villeneuve ski lifts. With a floor area of 125 m², it can accommodate up to 11 adults and a baby.
Spread over two floors, it comprises a magnificent living room, a fully fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms upstairs and three shower rooms. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor (pedestrian entrance towards Villeneuve, 61 Travers des Jardins):
- A typical vaulted living room of 55 m² with an additional BZ double sofa bed, a TV lounge area, a farmhouse table and a high chair.
- A fully equipped kitchen with: a professional-grade cooker with 3 gas rings (including one under a simmer plate) and an electric oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, filter coffee machine, raclette set, fondue set, plancha, dishwasher, fridge-freezer.
- Separate utility room with washing machine and household equipment.
- Bathroom with shower, double washbasin and toilet.

Upstairs (entrance for guests and skiers, key box, opposite the former Le Pastelli restaurant, 56 Rue de la Tournante):

The picturesque village of Le Bez, sheltered from traffic, overlooks the ski lift departures: to the left, facing the mountain, is the Casse du Boeuf chairlift, and to the right is the recently built Pontillas gondola lift, offering immediate access to the slopes. Unless you’re popping out, you can leave your car behind, as everything you need is within a 10-minute walk: a mini-market, shops selling local produce, restaurants, bars, a Tuesday market, sports equipment hire, a nightclub, as well as valley shuttle buses to take you from Briançon to Le Monêtier.
