Awesome home in La Roquette sur Siagne

This very welcoming and completely renovated stone villa awaits you not far from Cannes. Its Provençal style furnishings and old solid wood staircases make it a pleasant impression, and guests have a private pool and a summer kitchen at their disposal. The very large property extends on the edge of a forest and is secluded. Next to the swimming pool, which is fenced to protect small children, is the very comfortable summer kitchen. The bedrooms are on the upper floor, and both the kitchen, the living room and the dining room on the first floor give access to the terraces. La Roquette is a small village near Cannes and Mougins. It is 9 km to the beaches that stretch from Cannes to Mandelieu with the Château de la Napoule. Via the highway you can easily reach the center of Mougins (5 km) or Grasse (9 km). Likewise, from this location it is not far to the highway that will take you to Nice (35 km) or Saint-Raphaël (39 km). Steps in the villa.

Wir sind heute als Familie aus Frankreich zurückgekehrt und haben eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem schönen Domizil verbracht. Es ist ein abgelegenes Haus, das aber gleichzeitig von der Ortsstraße nicht weit entfernt ist. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von Cannes und wir konnten in dieser Zeit Nizza, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, Monaco und Sanremo gut erreichen. Den Pool mit Außenküche finde ich echt gut! Wir sind begeistert, man muss rustikale Häuser mögen (Baujahr 1730), und Natur außen herum ebenfalls (einige Mosquitos). Alles ist für Familien sehr geeignet. Es gab zwei gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen im Haus. Kommunikation mit Vermieter tatsächlich schwierig, da ausschließlich französisch und kein WhatsApp o.ä. . Er war aber bei uns sehr herzlich, freundlich und verlässlich. Top! Die Zufahrt ist etwas steil, ging aber. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Schönes Anwesen mit einer tollen Ausseninfrastruktur

Das Haus mit Garten ein wunderschöner, gemütlicher Ort weg vom Massentourismus und doch nicht weit entfernt der Highlights an der côte d'azur. In der Aussenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen, beim Pool mit Nachtbeleuchtung, kann man ein feines Nachtessen richtig geniessen.
