Charming country house with a greenhouse

Authentic Normandy thatched cottage that can accommodate 10-12 people. with its century-old greenhouse on the banks of the Seine, surrounded by green cliffs, close to Les Andelys (10 min), Giverny (30 min). 1h15 from Paris, 1h15 from Deauville, 2h from the D-Day landing beaches
The interior of the house remains very cool in summer.
Fully equipped house on a large garden, with hammocks, table tennis, badminton, petanque, table football, hut and outdoor and indoor games for young and old. Children's/adult bicycles available.
You can use the greenhouse to rest, play or have meals. 1 gas barbecue and 1 bread/pizza/fouées oven.
Ideal for a quiet holiday with family or friends (2 families with children or up to 5 couples). Equipment: travel cot and baby chair
- 2 double bedrooms (160/200 bed), one of which has a single bed.
- 1 "dormitory" bedroom with 3 single beds for children (2 beds can form a double bed 140/200)
- 1 bedroom with 1 trundle bed that can be converted into a double bed (160/200) + 1 double bed (140/200) on the mezzanine + cot
- 2 bathrooms (1 shower / 1 bath)
- 1 large living/dining room with fireplace

There is has beehives installed at the bottom of the garden, in a space left fallow voluntarily in order to develop biodiversity. You don't have to worry about anything, but to avoid taking any risks, we recommend that you stay away.
You will of course have the opportunity to taste the honey from the bees in the garden for your breakfasts
