The location is ideal-on the Chavon River and. 3 minute walk to the supermarket and the marina. The listing accurately describes the house. It is very spacious, with comfortable furniture and worked well for our family. We had issues however with the hot water and the AC system overcooled some places while undercooling other places; the tvs were hard to use (some got live tv but others did not). Finally, the stove and cooktop are too small for this size house and the kitchen lacked some basic items such as baking sheets or sheet pans. But overall, we can recommend this house for a family looking for a good location and a comfortable place to spend time in Casa de Campo.

We had a great stay with family from 1-85 yrs. We seldom get the whole group together for more than a night or two so this was a treat. Great spaces to be together or find a quiet place to sit and read and enjoy the view. Location was great for getting to the beach (a quick drive). Enjoyed walking down to marina area to shop and have dinner, coffee or dessert. Close proximity to grocery store was added benefit. Staff were great and attentive to any needs we had. Some in our group enjoyed early morning coffee and it was ready when we came down. Fixed what ever we wanted them to for breakfast and we enjoyed a Dominican lunch one day as well. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels as needed. Had a problem getting tvs to work in a couple of the bedrooms one message to the host and they sent someone right away to take care of that. Would highly recommend this Villa.

Great house. Beautiful views. Hostess made getting golf carts easy-they just appeared! Right behind grocery-super easy walk. Easy walk to the marina and multiple restaurants. Nice pool. Multiple community areas. Def would stay here again.
