Excellent location of this hotel allowed us to experience a lot of things by foot. All staff members were very friendly, helpful and polite. The swimming pool was a real bonus. Would highly recommend for families. Breakfast until 11am children under 16 free. Great value for money.

The property was well located and well presented. The dining options were very limited in the hotel so we had to find an alternative option. This is no problem as long as the weather is kind, otherwise, expect to be soaked.

Bedroom layout. Including a sofa meant bed was too close to bathroom doors. Having a separate toilet, means you have to walk round to wash hands. Bath very slippery. Access & egress could be dangerous for the less agile. No continental breakfast is worth 19Euro. On the positive, the room had a coffee machine and kettle. Parking is excellent and the hotel location spot on. Reception staff are very friendly but restaurant staff either don't like the English or are over worked.

This Novotel was good. Nice room (520) , - and cozy restaurant and nice small pool. Friendly personal. Very within small walking distance to both old town and the harbor. One bad thing: Please cut out this meaningsless "telling room number" to breakfast. Everyone can say a number. And someone did. Up on our check out, they want to charge us for a brekfast we never did enter. Must be very easy to just put up a scanner, and scan room key card when enter for breakfast ?Even more easy just to let it be included in room price.

I cancelled more than 24 hours in advance due to a flight delay and was advised that the refund would be processed through expedia. When Expedia contacted the hotel to process the refund, it was denied. That is a dishonest practice to refuse to refund a cancellation.

HOTEL SURNOTE A OUBLIER Le parking est très sûr car fermé en permanence à cause des barres d immeuble qui entourent l hôtel si vous êtes côté parking vous ne verrez que ça le parking et les immeubles. Si vous avez besoin d une facture passez votre chemin vous n en n aurez pas surtout si vous êtes passé par une plate-forme, ils refusent tout simplement de l éditer, donc pas de remboursement possible par l entreprise! Le plats ne sont pas fait maison c est uniquement de l assemblage dans la salade cesar les petitres tranches de poulet etaient toutes colérs les unes aux autres ils n ont pas pris la peine de les séparer
