Definitely NOT Magnificent

Our whole experience of this property and communication with the owner has been appalling in every respect, to the point where we decided we just couldn’t stay there and had to seek alternative accommodation.We are still trying to seek redress with the owner more than 3 weeks on.Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

Emplacement idĂ©al avec parking sĂ©curisĂ© et proximitĂ© des commerces et du port de la Rochelle. Par contre trĂšs trĂšs déçu par la propretĂ©. TrĂšs déçu Ă©galement par les dysfonctionnements des parties communes. Impossible d'accĂ©der au local poubelles, pas d'Ă©clairage cage d'escalier 1 jour sur 2 et avec 3 Ă©tages c'est trĂšs ennuyeux, pas de connection internet. A 140 la nuit l'appartement doit ĂȘtre nickel. Tous ces dĂ©sagrĂ©ments mĂ©ritent sans aucun doute un dĂ©dommagement.

Dans l'annonce il est noté 3 chambres puis 1 chambre et 1 mezzanine ??? Logement un peu petit pour 5/6 personnes et 1 seul jeu de clés!! PrélÚvement de 100% du loyer à la réservation puis aucune réponse aux mails jusque 3 jours avant l'entrée. Un peu limite la communication.

Appartement rénové avec goût bien situé avec parking ! Cependant les oreillers et couettes, tapis sont tachés... douche avec cheveux. Accueil 15 h 30 appel pour me dire 15 h j'accepte et téléphone dÚs notre arrivée pensant bien faire... on me fait une remarque disant que je donnais plusieurs horaires !!!!

En plein coeur du centre ville de la Rochelle top pour se balader a pied sur le port , l'aquarium le vieux centre. A proximité des restaurants de la gare. Et le la place de parking.
