It's a beautiful location and the hotel is charming. It was so so hot that I wish the lobby had air conditioning in order to make it more comfortable. The rooms have A/C but would be nice to be the lobby instead.

Great location with great restaurants and the port within walking distance. We rented bicycles from the hotel and enjoyed seeing the city via bicycle. Parking is under the hotel, and it is best to reserve a spot. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Lovely hotel right in the centre of La Rochelle. The rooms are on the smaller size but well organised. Wonderful breakfast - and fabulous breakfast space - lovely staff. Would not hesitate to come back!

Great hotel in perfect location . … close to harbour . People with mobility issues may find it a struggle as cobbled street. Staff are super helpful and friendly . Parking at the property . Lovely clean room with all facilities , safe , hairdryer . We had 3 person room - however 3rd person ( daughter) had a closed off area with own door so gave privacy to all parties . Lovely big shower with great water pressure . TV and coffee making machine . Lovely breakfast such a vast range of choice .. perfect !

This is a lovely hotel and would have got 5 stars, except in the middle of a heatwave we were unable to turn the air conditioning down - it's centrally controlled so if you're a hot person and want the room to be nice and cool, this is not the place for you
