Independent accommodation 55 m2, new, located on the first floor of a large house (independent entrance and access), in a very quiet area, 2 minutes from all shops and the castle (medieval festival every summer). 20/25 minutes from Angoulême (comic book festival, francophone film festival, ramparts circuit), 15/20 minutes from the leisure center of Chambon (canoeing, climbing, mountain biking, ...) and the Dordogne.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a reading corner, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and a desk, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Sheets and towels provided. Beds made on arrival.
You will also have access to the outside (garden with trees, barbecue) and can park safely and free of charge. Bicycles available.
Possibility to order breakfast (extra charge: 8€).
