Original Summer House near the beach

Summer house in the Costa Dorada, in hinterland, a few kilometers from the sea and well connected to the main attractions in the area. Maximum capacity for 4 people. Recommended for couples or families with children. The house consists of a single space (Sort of Loft) divided into two heights and a single bathroom. There are no locked rooms so privacy is limited. The house was built in the 90s as an independent home within an architectural complex declared of Cultural Interest, belonging to the same owner. The use of traditional materials and care, the games of light, the setting and the views, make this house a unique space very personal and completely differentiated from other offers nearby. The space is divided into two large floors. Downstairs is the kitchen, dining room, a living room equipped with two single beds and bathroom. On the upper floor, another space with double bed and sitting area and fireplace. The rooftop is conditioned with a pleasant pergola. The frame is rustic and the equipment is simple but sufficient to offer a pleasant stay. It is a perfect setting to enjoy a quiet environment but at the same time well connected with the beach. The rental entitles the use of a private pool shared with another house that is rented on the same property.
