What an amazing house and Host!
It is a wonderful property, although the main floor living areas are huge they are very well divided with many areas both inside and outside the house, which permit you to move around and gather at different places as you feel like it - we did a puzzle on one table and played bridge at another. And in addition to those tables, there is a lovely large dining table that was comfortable when we were all together. The outside areas are particularly well set up with comfortable chairs and cushioned furniture and we loved the pool. And the fire pit - it was cool for several days of our stay and sitting out there with the fire pit going was lovely. But what really made our trip great was the positive, efficient and incredibly quick response time of our host, Trent. He was amazing, always available and always happy to sort out whatever little glitch we had. And any glitch we had was small. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and glasses and the appliances seem to be very high end. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years and without a doubt, Trent was the very best host we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Just can't say enough - thanks Trent!
