End Of The Trail is a one-of-a-kind private retreat featuring stunning mountain views with a large saltwater swimming pool and spa. We are a pet friendly property and can allow up to 2 small dogs for $100/pet. The property is perfect for entertaining with plenty of outdoor furniture to accommodate everyone. The private yard includes a lush lawn with mature fruit trees. Circle around the fire pit at night or enjoy a game of bocce ball on our full sized court. A unique rooftop lounge area overlooks the desert mountains and is the perfect spot for star gazing.

The home features 4 bedrooms with 3.5 bathrooms plus a bonus room/dedicated workspace making it easy to work remotely. The main living area is bright and welcoming with a fully stocked kitchen alongside a dining area, breakfast bar, and a formal dining room. The spacious primary suite offers privacy and mountain views with an en-suite bathroom and a large soaking tub. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and ceiling fans and fresh robes.

End Of The Trail is a unique, large lot property that is perfect for families and groups looking to get away and relax in their very own desert retreat.

The spa heating is included in your stay and the pool can be heated for an additional $250/night - please message us if you'd like to include this in your stay!

RENTER SHALL HOLD OWNER AND MANAGERS HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFIED FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSS, INJURY, OR DAMAGE OCCURRED WHILE USING, ABUSING, OR MISUSING ANY PART OF THE PREMISES INCLUDING THE POOL, SPA, AND ROOFTOP LOUNGE. PLEASE KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE POOL, SPA, AND ROOFTOP LOUNGE UNLESS THERE IS CONSTANT ADULT SUPERVISION. RENTER AGREES NOT TO HOLD OWNERS OR MANAGERS LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURIES, ACCIDENTS OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES AS A RESULT OF POOL, SPA, AND ROOFTOP LOUNGE USE AND FROM OR AGAINST ANY OMISSION, NEGLECT, OR DEFAULT OF RENTER, RENTER’S GUESTS, OR ANY OTHER PERSON INVITED BY THE RENTER OR THEIR GUESTS.

-If you are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know before your stay. A $250 per night fee will be added.
-The landscaper comes on Wednesday mid-day.
-The pool man comes on Monday and Thursday mornings.
