Ride-sharing services operate throughout the area.

Please note that we require all guests to sign a liability waiver to stay in the home. This is a requirement of our insurance provider.



★ Does the property have a private pool or spa? ★

There is no private pool at the condo, but guests have free access to four shared swimming pools and hot tubs. They are heated, open daily from 7:00am to 10:00pm, and pool towels are provided. The private terrace overlooks the pool and hot tub.



★ What are the additional fees? ★

Pets are $150. Access to the four community pools and hot tubs, and onsite parking, are included at no extra charge.



★ What is the parking situation? ★

Free onsite parking is available.



★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★

Yes - pets are welcome for a $150 fee.



★ Is early check-in or late check-out available? ★

We are no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out. If you would like extra time at the start or end of your stay, please book the night before or the night after - that way the home is yours for the whole day and there is no rush at either end.



★ Are there any restrictions on the number of guests or visitors? ★

Yes - we cannot have more people staying than the number posted on the listing. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We require contact details for all adults staying at the property.



★ Is this a good property for events or celebrations? ★

No. This is a residential community and parties and events are strictly prohibited. Guests looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay will love the home and the neighbourhood.



★ What supplies are provided? ★

We provide roughly a week's worth of essentials to get you started - toiletries, paper goods and basic cleaning supplies. For longer stays, or if you get through them sooner, you're welcome to top up with whatever you prefer.



Please keep the pool key/fob in a safe place and return it to its designated location before check-out. Lost or unreturned keys/fobs are subject to a $250-$300 replacement fee.
