The Coachella Valley has a way of slowing everything down - afternoons stretch lazily under wide desert skies, and evenings carry the kind of quiet that makes you forget what day it is. This La Quinta home is built for exactly that pace: a place to gather, unwind, and move between indoors and out at your own rhythm.

Living space
At the heart of the home, a generous living room anchors around a large sectional and a 65` smart TV - ideal for easy movie nights or a relaxed afternoon in. A dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi keep remote work covered when needed, and an Ethernet connection adds another option for connectivity. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating keep things comfortable no matter the desert temperature outside.

Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom offers a king bed with an en-suite bathroom featuring dual sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is set up with a queen bed, while the loft provides a queen sofa bed for additional guests. Room-darkening shades in each space help you sleep in as long as the morning allows. A queen air mattress is also available on request.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for everything from quick breakfasts to full sit-down dinners. An oversized island with quartz countertops gives you room to spread out, and the appliances cover all the essentials - refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and more. A dining table seats six comfortably, and the kitchen is stocked with dishes, silverware, wine glasses, cooking basics, and barbecue utensils for outdoor grilling.

Outdoor living
Step out to the patio where outdoor furniture, a fire pit, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor dining area invite you to spend evenings under the desert sky. The backyard offers additional open space to enjoy throughout your stay. As part of the community, you`ll also have free resort access to a pool, hot tub, and gym - options for both unwinding and staying active.

Bathrooms
The en-suite primary bathroom includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. A bathtub is also available, along with essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer.

Essentials & convenience
Washer and dryer, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and an iron are all on hand to help you settle in. A Pack `n play/travel crib is available for families with young children. Self check-in via keypad means a smooth, flexible arrival, and free parking is available both on the premises and on the street. Exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are in place for peace of mind. The home is pet-friendly - trained dogs are welcome for a $150 pet fee (no cats).

Location
Tucked into La Quinta, the home sits within easy reach of the Empire Polo Grounds, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and the area`s many renowned golf courses. Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations make for effortless day trips, while nearby shopping and dining keep daily convenience close.

A few things to note
Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available - just ask, and if we can accommodate, we will. Entry is keyless; a unique code is issued for every reservation. A mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. The home has HOA noise limit requirements in place; feel free to bring your own Bluetooth speaker to enjoy. We recommend against shipping packages directly to the home, as we are unable to take responsibility for deliveries.
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
