Friendly and helpful staff. Free breakfast was nice just wish they had served different meals daily. Was in a great location close to shops and different dining options. Very close to Fort Sill for those coming in for BT graduation. Free parking and wifi also a plus.

Staff was great, they were professional, very friendly, and always welcoming. The only issue there was the room. I book a 1 King Bed Suite, during my stay. Room was not clean. There was dust on every lamp stand, the window curtains had mold, and definitely had not been change, as you can see the color turn yellow. The sofa bed had lot of dog fur everywhere, so I couldn't even sit on there without having hair stick onto me, this also include the carpet, not even sure if it was even vacuum before arriving. I also notice there was a long crack along the mirror hall, which was the first thing I notice, I would think they would had change it out since there are fee for damaging properties. Also the bathroom door was also an issue, you can close and open but the bottom right door corner frame was detech from actual door, so you can see the flimsy flat wood stciking out, as I open and close the door, i had to hear the loud noise of the door frame, along as it was hard to open. So that was my overall stay. Please don't let my review stop you from stay here, as every room is differently, i just happen to get this room. Do I recommended it? Yes, as long as you don't mind.

The mattress was like sleeping on a rock. Worst night of sleep ever! Had to request Kleenex, toilet tissue, and wash cloths. I would not stay here again.

Worst experience ever, staff very nasty hotel rooms very nasty and they have bed bugs. Have pictures to prove, don't ever stay there eventhough it's convenient to the military base and airport don't stay. Elevator broke down and honestly I dont know who gave these good reviews on this property but it's all a lie.

Overall it was ok. Mattress was hard as a rock and the staff, apart from one blonde older lady, were pretty lazy. They don’t have to perform well because they are booked full when soldiers graduate from Fort Sill. No incentive to serve customers as they should. No clean towels unless you ask etc. Rooms not cleaned daily. Breakfast was good.

Property smelled and was very damp almost mildewy. Bathroom had mold along sides of tub paint peeling off back of bathroom door floors felt wet and sticky in the entire room. Fire alarm went off at 3 AM due to faulty Elevator was told it was the second night in a row had occurred. Elevator was a little sketchy and shaky to ride in. Breakfast consisted of sausage and gravy three days in a row would’ve been nice to have a little variety or additional options staff was nice and accommodating. I would not go back to this hotel though.
