Room had Spider Webs visible that where there for some time - It snowed heavily and there was no clean up for safe access to our Truck , Breakfast very limited and poor quality , Staff nice people and done their best working with what they had to offer but management needs replacing to re invent the business ! Cheap rate is not always the best especially when the Holiday Inn opposite for the same rate or a few dollars more is very very impressive .

The hotel does not have a hot tub despite the amenities listing. The bed was excruciatingly hard, and the pillows were cheap poly fill that do not offer support. Although it was not the hotel’s fault (I guess), the smoke alarms went off about 1 am. The hotel did not make an effort to notify guests about it being a false alarm; instead, I called the front desk and was told that someone who was probably smoking set off the alarms. Now, I have heard many ridiculous things, but a person smoking setting off a three story building’s alarm system?!? Oh, an interesting fact is that the hotel staff can’t turn off the alarm, so the alarm continues to go off until the fire department disables it.

There was an unusual breakdown of the room key cards and the front clerks had to let everyone into their room with the master key. The clerks were very gracious. But I felt that there was a lack of getting the job done by the company as we were told the repairs would begin on December 22nd.
