The kitchen is designed in an open layout and is fully equipped for everyday cooking needs. This floor hosts 3 of the 4 bedrooms: the first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the second bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third bedroom is fitted with 1 set of bunk beds in a 1 x 2 configuration, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. A shower and WC bathroom serves this floor.
