The cottage is ready upon your arrival: it has been cleaned, and linens (sheets and towels) are included for the duration of your stay. Basic supplies are provided for the start of your stay: shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags, a sponge, cooking oil, coffee, tea, as well as dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi access.

Check-in is self-service, and a dedicated concierge will be available during your stay to answer your questions and assist you as needed.

The apartment accommodates up to 3 people—ideally two adults and one child—and is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
• A cozy, well-furnished living room with two armchairs and a TV, accented by a decorative paddle. A table with three stools completes this living space.
• A fully equipped kitchen to meet all your daily needs. You’ll find a stove, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a Senseo coffee maker, a blender, a refrigerator, and a freezer. A high chair is also available for families traveling with a young child.
• A spacious first bedroom, featuring a double bed (140 x 200) and a dresser for storing your belongings. A bedside lamp provides soft lighting, and a dresser is available for storing your belongings. This area also provides access to the second bedroom on the mezzanine via an open staircase.
• A bathroom equipped with a bathtub, a sink, and a toilet. A hair dryer and a bathroom scale are also provided.

On the first floor:
• A second bedroom on the mezzanine, furnished with a double bed (140 x 200) and two nightstands with lamps for optimal comfort. A hammock and a selection of books are available here for a relaxing moment of reading. This room is accessible via an open staircase from the first bedroom and also connects to the living area. Please note that because the ceiling is very low, this room is ideal for a child.
• A convenient laundry room equipped with a washing machine and a mop

The property does not have a parking space, but spaces are available to the left of the property or just before entering the street.
