About this accommodation
In the heart of the hamlet, in a traditional Savoyard house, at an altitude of 1200 m, we offer you a new apartment of 120 m2. You will also enjoy a green space of approximately 40 m². Panoramic view of Mont Blanc and the Petit St Bernard Pass. A 5-minute drive away, the La Roche chairlift will take you to the various resorts of La Plagne, which is part of the vast PARADISKI ski area (425 km of slopes) linked by the impressive VANOISE EXPRESS aerial cableway. The accommodation: Private parking set back from the road, in front of the house, is free. The hamlet is not currently served by high-speed internet. However, 4G and 5G smartphone coverage is excellent. WIFI is installed in the apartment. The access road is always well cleared of snow, but it is nevertheless recommended to bring chains or special equipment in case of snow. This new 120 m² apartment comprises: - a very bright 50 m² first floor, including a large living room with two large bay windows and two windows, a dining table for 10 people, a lounge area (2 sofas for 3 people each), large flat-screen TV (digital terrestrial television) - an open-plan kitchen (opening onto the living room) fully equipped (electric oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, food processor, etc.) - the bathroom including a double vanity, shower cubicle, and heated towel rail Towels, washing machine and dryer. - WC. Upstairs: - WC. - 2 spacious bedrooms (14 m²) each with a 160 x 200 cm double bed, a large wardrobe, and a TV. - 1 bedroom (12 m²) with 2 single bunk beds and a large wardrobe. Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival (mattress protector, pillow protector, duvet (240 x 260 cm), duvet cover, fitted sheet). Two bath towels per person are provided. End-of-stay cleaning: FREE. We would appreciate it if the sheets and covers of Duvet, towels, and dish towels should be gathered in the same place upon your departure, the dishes will be clean and put away, and the apartment will be left clean. Activities: Close to the Vanoise National Park and the Beaufortain massif, ideal for hiking enthusiasts. Numerous sports, leisure, and whitewater activities (mountain biking, adventure and sports courses, kayaking, rafting, lake with children's play area, bar-restaurant, swimming pools, cinemas, etc.), discovery of cultural, historical, and natural heritage. Guest access: Location: The apartment is located in the heart of the hamlet of Les Villards de Macot. You will easily get there. After passing through the village of Macot La Plagne in the valley, continue on the access road to La Plagne for 6 km. The bends on this road are numbered from 21 to 1 (21 being the first hairpin bend as you leave Macot la Plagne). At bend 14, continue for approximately 200m. On your right, a sign indicates a crossroads. Turn LEFT onto the small road called "Rue Saint Jacques". Go up to the chapel and you will have arrived. Other remarks: Reservations are from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. A €300 security deposit (not cashed) will be required upon arrival.
