On the 1st floor of the owners' house, also including another tourist accommodation. Access via a shared entrance hall with the owners (2 steps), grass path on the same level from the parking lot (1 space, under carport). Balcony with sun loungers and table for 4 people, shared land opposite the accommodation (very little used communal path between the house and the land). Entrance, laundry room (shoe dryer), living room-kitchen-lounge area with access to the balcony, 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140x200 cm + 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm and office area), bathroom (shower), separate toilet. Ski and bike storage. Ski link to La Plagne 4 km. Cross-country skiing 4 km. Lake 6 km. Swimming pool 10 km. A pied-à-terre to discover the region, it is 4 km from the link to La Plagne, at the entrance to a charming typical hamlet that is La Bise. On the road to this renowned Tarentaise resort, a few bends from the cult Olympic bobsleigh track, discover comfortable accommodation.
