It is located in a rural area that is very easy to access and features a spacious, private 5,000 m² garden with ocean views.
At the entrance, the house has a private parking area for 10 cars; from there, it is just a short walk through the garden to reach the house’s backyard.
There are no immediate neighbors, and the property enjoys a view of the ocean and the Punta Rubia ravines, which begin just a few meters away.
It is 500 meters from the beach and 20 blocks from La Pedrera’s main street. Taxi and bus services are available in the area, as well as grocery stores and bars.

8 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Three are located on the upper floor with ocean views from the balconies; 5 bedrooms are on the garden level with a porch. All bedrooms have separate entrances and individual locks that do not hinder access or coexistence with other residents.

The house is equipped for year-round use.
