My one bed room was small and the bathroom was very small. I could hear people talking in the rooms in next to me. The rooms need sound proofing. The room had a small mini fridge but no hot water kettle to boil water for coffee and tea. Breakfast was basic. Very limited choices. I was told I would receive one bottle of water each day because I am a Expedia VIP Customer. But, I guess that was wrong or I misunderstood the person at the front desk. At check in I was forced to pay $35 Bolivia Pesos for cleaning. I was not aware of this before I booked the room through Expedia.com.

Hotel céntrico ubicado frente al estadio Hernando Siles. El desayuno buffet es delicioso y variado, con opciones para todos los gustos. Las habitaciones son cómodas y tienen excelente calefacción. La ducha tiene una excelente presión de agua caliente, perfecta para el frío de La Paz. Los recepcionistas nos recibieron con una gran sonrisa y fueron muy amables durante toda nuestra estancia. Definitivamente, cuando vuelva a La Paz, me hospedaré aquí. ¡Muy recomendado!

Nice room, wall heater worked ok . Close to football stadium , great plaza, lots of food outside of door. Easy to get home when phone dies and you no Spanish Old elevator but better than nothing Tidy rooms , helpful staff, great location

The establishment was clean and the staff were very helpful . Water pressure was great in the shower . Breakfast was adequate , don't expect brewed coffee . What needs attention : the Wifi in the room , the slippery bathroom floor and the fire alarm in the breakfast room which had a dead battery , hence beeped every 10 seconds.

Stay away from room 306. (this review is after staying in 6 hotels in South America) The pictures in the website look great, but we had a small dark and very hot room with a high window- no view except to the kitchen chimney. We were part of a tour and I thought we would be upgraded- but not such luck. Pros: Breakfast was included. Staff was nice. Shower pressure was great. Cons: Room was very hot. Opened the high window just to let the air coming in for a few minutes before closing it to go to sleep. Beds were on the very hard side. Perhaps other rooms were better, but we ended up with the worst in our whole trip. If you stay here, check the room first. If you get 306, ask for another room.

Great place to stay!

The staff was great and willing to help with any needs. I had no issues at all staying here. Great location for many things. If i were to go back to La Paz i will stay there again.

The staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The breakfast was standard but very good. While the room was a bit smaller than I anticipated, it was a fine size for a few days. The room was clean and daily room service was thorough. My only complaint is that the bed was very hard. However, for the price this is a great hotel for three nights in La Paz

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, good hot water. The breakfast was OK but more fruit would be nice and only hard boiled eggs were offered (there was a supplement for scrambled eggs).

Mala experiencia.

Estan refaccionando la calle de acceso al hotel, no es su responsabilidad de ellos, pero al menos deben advertirte de esta situacion para no caminar con tu maleta mas de 100 mts y de noche. La suite no tiene acceso directo por ascensor, hay que subir un piso con Maleta, no tiene botones. No pudieron emitirme una factura, el lobby y el baño de mi suite, estaban sucios, que mala experiencia, no vuelvo nunca mas; algunas cosas se solucionaban con una sola advertencia!

Quite good

Overall quite good, considering that the hotel applied a significant discount to its current rates. Clean and quite comfortable, with a good breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located, but right in the middle of an area undergoing major workroads. Due to the reasons of my travel (surgery in a nearby hospital), this was a pretty big inconvenient for me and I was rather disappointed that the hotel failed to mention it.
