I booked this villa for 2 weeks thinking it was good value for a family holiday.The description said it was on Origo Mare resort & had a 5 star hotel there, A large water theme park onsite , spa, tennis courts, restaurants,bars, entertainment , bicycles hired onsite , gym, golf, crazy golf , supermarket - all on site at this remote resort. On arrival, I discovered there was no security at the gate, the resort was like an overgrown & rundown estate with no facilities at all.The holiday company who ran the resort had pulled out in November & everything was closed down.Most of the villas were empty, deserted & had an air of neglect & desolation.Worse was to come. The front garden was overgrown with weeds , broken, cat stained & faded plastic furniture greeted you, as well as all the feral cats living there.On entering the villa, the smell of cat urine was overpowering, as well as the musty & mouldy smell of a home that was dirty, dusty , had dirty & used bedding on its double bed .The bathroom grill on the floor of the shower was covered in mould & rust . The floor was covered in human hair, debris from the garden , dust & more. The dishwasher was half full with dirty mouldy dishes. On removal of mattress protector I discovered a urine stained mattress, mould on the seams of the stitching & stains all along the seams that looked like evidence of bedbugs. We could not find accomadation until 3 days later & checked out. I have complained to VRBO with photographic evid
