Rules

Clean out the BBQ, remove rubbish daily. Wash dishes and clean food spills from appliances and fridge on departure.
Leave all remotes and keys behind on departure day. leave towels 2 x per persons. Lock all shutters, windows and doors. Place keys in key safe.

The accommodation was in a nice location and not too far from the airport. It was clean and had all the things you would need for a comfy stay. The host was regularly in touch and provided all the info we needed before hand. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not ready for 3pm and although we only arrived 10mins earlier than this, the cleaner informed us that they would need at least 30 mins more and sent us away. Thankfully, there was a cafe nearby. In addition, the pool was not fit for use. My children took a dip on the first day and ended up with an awful irritation over their body. The host was good enough to have someone sort the pool. However, it was only fully fit to use the evening before we were due to fly out. It would have been ideal if the pool was dealt with in advance of our stay.

Great villa

Lovely villa, quiet location. Supermarket 5 mins from the villa. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this place is great. Pool small but great for a cool down & a little swim lovely & warm. Would definitely recommed & would use again. Property management Jamie above & beyond. Gary the owner made booking very easy.

Good location, issue with pool chlorine causing rash

The location was ideal for corralejo and the tvs were good. Cleanliness could be better and towels needed to go through a couple of hot washes before they stopped smelling! Unfortunately we couldnt use the pool because the children got chlorine rashes from it on the first day which were quite severe. We messaged Gary who suggested it may be just the kids reacting to the chlorine (my kids swim regularly and the rash turned into full scabs/chlorine burn - there was a pool chemical issue). But he also sent around his property manager quickly. They half emptied and refilled the pool to be safe. The kids used the pool later that day and it was ok but a couple of days later they went in again and winthin a minute were out crying because the water was hurting them. Needless to say we didnt try the pool again and I would recommend against this property for young children.

Lovely Villa

Great property, everything that’s needed. We shall return without a doubt. Pool just the right size for a cool dip. Local bus directly across from villa. No need for a car although it’s good to travel around. Gary the host was very informative.

Lovely Stay

We have just had a perfect stay at Gary's place. The villas is very well equipped and has most things you would need. There are free standing fans in the bedrooms which are very welcomed as it was warm when we stayed. The best is the outside furniture to relax on (sofas under cover which we used every evening or the hottest part of the day. There was sun loungers, a small pool and a BBQ. There is a small supermarket on the Estate. Corralejo is not far away esp if you have a car which i would recommend in getting a car to get around and also for visiting some fabulous places tho there is a bus that comes to the estate. I would definitely recommend this Villa.

Relaxing Holiday

Gary has been an exceptional host from booking the property to ensuring everything was good on arrival. The property location is just a couple of bus stops from Corralejo which was great for us as we didn't want to hire a car. We enjoyed the private plunge pool and terrace with a lovely covered area. The kitchen is well stocked with all pans utensil's etc that you will need. Would definitely recommed this property. Thankyou Gary for allowing us to enjoy your holiday home

The villa was very clean and well presented with an excellent outside area. British TV was a bonus. The pool and seating area were very welcome and we spent virtually all of time at the property. Stayed here for 5weeks was hoping to stay longer but due to UK Corona virus rules had to cut holiday short.The villa is spotless comfortably beds lovely patio area with pergola very secluded sun all day .Tv reception one of the best we have had location great less than 5mins to well stocked supermarket same to the regular bus stop taking y into correlecjo.Ther is 2bars come food outlets within walking distance. Would definitely stay hear again unfortunately all booked for dates we won’t this coming winter .

Home from Home

Fabulous villa on a lovely corner site , clean well kept grounds and pool area . Plenty of space in villa and grounds for my Family of 4 every thing you need is there from kitchen utensil to Hairdryer . Beds and all furniture is in excellent repair and Comfortable.Gary is Excellent to deal with and the check in and out process is really easy. Thank you Gary for the use of your lovely villa for my week in Fuerteventura.

Fabulous stay , already thinking of next year!

Having always booked package type holidays I was a little worried as to what to expect. But we had the best 2 weeks ever... even my teenage grumpy son- who doesn’t like the busy pools etc- had the most relaxed holiday yet. Proper home from home , spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need ,and most importantly lots of space so not living in one extended room for a week or so. Supermarket just across the road so very handy, as is the bus stop into town, regular service so no need to be driving either. Area is quiet, but we enjoyed being away from the hustle and bustle but still near enough to pop in when we wanted. Pool is perfect for dipping and cooling down -big enough for a float around in too. We would highly recommend Gary’s place and will defo be returning . Don’t think we could go back to a package deal apartment after our stay here. Thanks Gary, for a lovely straightforward process and I will be in touch to check dates for next time.

Exactly what you need to have a relaxed holiday.

Property was perfectly prepared for our arrival. Nice, clean, fully equipped and very spacious. Heated pool was a treat in April. Location was perfect as not overcrowded with shop literally 2min walk. It was very convenient to get fresh rolls for breakfast every morning. We have rented a car but there was also a bus just outside. It was easy to get anywhere within 10min driving distance. TV channels choice was very impressive even in my own language. Everything was so clearly explained and prepared, I didn't even have to contact Gary with any queries. Overall I can highly recommend this place. Facility, communication and location are spot on! Exactly what you need to have a relaxed holiday. Thank you Gary for making our stay a very enjoyable experience.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely villa and loads of room for just the two of us. Spacious enough if more staying. Convenient location, only 10 minute drive to various areas that we like. There is a regular bus service to Corralejo with the bus stop just opposite the villa if you don't want to hire a car. Also a supermarket two minute walk away and a couple of bars. Villa was very secure and you felt very safe. Pool was great to cool off in. Okay, you can't swim lengths, but when the weather is hot it's really good to have. Also, it was heated and so warm enough even for me to go in! Had issue with the wifi on arrival, but very quickly sorted by the property managers, two lovely girls who were very helpful. Gary was also very quick to respond to any communication. Had a lovely time at this villa and definitely want to return.

We had 6 days here at the end of January 19. The property is based a 10 minute bus ride from the centre of Corralajo. For us this was perfect. The bus stop is opposite the house and it meant that we could dip in and out of the busy Corralajo as we chose. The fare is only €1.40 each. We always got a cab back (laziness) and just asked for the supermarket and the cab driver knew where to go. You can see the supermarket from the house. The house is lovely - Gary- sort the photos out, they do not do the property justice. We arrived to a spotless house, 2 good size bedrooms, large lounge diner and a fully equipped kitchen. This is the joy of going to someone’s holiday home, lots of utensils, cups, mugs and glasses etc. The pool is perfectly fine and heated! The TV package is great. We are planning a second visit. I’d thoroughly recommend.
