The whole hotel needs major refurbishment. However with the threat from the local government to have the two RIU hotels demolished as they are in the National Park I very much doubt if any expense will be put into the hotel. There are three lifts in the main building severing all floors, during my stay these were not always in service. For the last two days of my stay only one lift was working, meaning many guests, old and with mobility issues had no option to wait for the one operational lift. The dining room experience was nothing but a Ruby Scrum to obtain food. Massive queues of people rushing around, it reminded of a colony of ants. Unsupervised young children trying to help themselves to food and ice cream. With the occasional smashing of crockery and food going every where. Some table servers were very attentive with water for the evening meal, some just ignored you. I appreciate with 1,400 guests things can get hectic however its up to the hotel to deal with this situation and if needs be stagger meal time allocation. So the 18.00 stampede is controlled. I do have a positive in conclusion.The hotel being on the beach is excellant

The staff is very friendly. As we were late check in, and the buffet was ending in 40 minutes, the staff helped to arranged the simple check in and let us enjoy our dinner first. Also, I left my glasses in the hotel on the last day when I was on the way to the airport. I called the receptionist and she was very helpful. She suggested and helped me to call a cap to pick up my glasses from the hotel and send us to the airports. Same as other comments that the hotel is a bit dated but it was expected. Didn’t see much comment about the food. It’s all inclusive hotel, so you can enjoy the drink and food nearly 24 hours 😆. You will find different types of food every day. They also arranged a Xmas buffet on the Xmas day, which was out of my expectations and the kids enjoyed a lot and wanted to start there forever. the hotel have two more restaurants other than the main one, which required to book in advance. As I noticed too late and can’t try all of them. I would recommend the mandarin cursine as the Spanish cruisne is same as the main one basically… We would definitely recommend and come again for next trip.

To start off we had a fantastic holiday here, we enjoyed the location, access to the beach, closely located to Ferry Port and many more convenient aspects of this resort. The Front Desk/Reception Staff were incredible, no questions unanswered and no service requests denied. Judy specifically helped us with everything from towel cards, to luggage storage, directions, recommendations and room service! If you need anything in this resort front desk can help. The property and garden were kept beautiful and support staff kept dining areas clean, clear and pristine. The entertainment options at night we great and the drinks were great. The pool was lovely and plenty of lounges for everyone. However, unfortunately there were a few details that took away from our experience such as Snack Bar area had pungent unpleasant smell consistently, one of the 3 elevator was non-operational, and a 2nd of the 3 did not stop in our floor (but we got our steps in). Also sadly the Wifi did not reach out room and so there were no casting or streaming options on TVs. It was also unfortunate to learn on arrival that there we no opening for the specialist restaurants while we were there and I was also disappointed to learn ALL restaurants/snack are buffet/Self-Service. No where in resort can you order from a table or sun lounger. Overall we really enjoyed our trip, we had immaculate beach and pool days, we enjoyed a lot of the food and drinks and are so appreciative to all of the amazing staff!!!
