It features 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen with capsule coffee machine, moka pot, and kettle for instant coffee. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, fan, crib, self check-in, step-free access, and beach towels at your disposal.



Outside, you can relax in the private garden and on the open terrace with sea views and views of the Corralejo Dunes Natural Park. The large communal saltwater pool is open year-round and suitable for both adults and children. There is also an outdoor shower.



Parking includes 1 communal parking space and the option to park on the street. The property is less than one kilometer from the beach, and there is a tennis court within the complex, reachable on foot. Bars, restaurants, and a supermarket are just a short walk from the entrance. Events are not allowed on the property.



The house offers a peaceful location with sea and dune views. The 2 spacious bedrooms ensure a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests. Thanks to the mild Canary Islands climate, we recommend storing all food in closed containers or in the fridge during your stay.



As is common in rural areas of Fuerteventura during the warmer months, you might encounter some insects; since the house is on the ground floor and does not yet have mosquito screens (installation planned), electric mosquito repellents with plates are already provided and ready to use. The house has two fans and blackout curtains available on request. Air conditioning installation is also planned.
