This authentic family villa is located in the centre of the village of Lajares and has just been completely renovated. The house has a very large garden with no neighbours opposite, guaranteeing complete privacy. The house and its cosy interior invite you to relax and enjoy a wonderful holiday with friends or family.

The ultra-central location of this house allows you to reach the centre of Lajares to enjoy its many shops.
The beautiful fishing village of El Cotillo is a 10-minute drive to the west. There you will find a number of beaches.
The vibrant town of Corralejo is just 20 minutes away and offers a multitude of activities that are very popular on the island.
Puerto del Rosario Airport is 35 minutes away.

Outside, a large sunny terrace has a beautiful swimming pool that is heated all year round. A dining area and two outdoor lounges are covered so that you can enjoy the outdoors in all seasons, sheltered from the wind. The BBQ area is designed as a real outdoor kitchen with a large table for 12 people. A superb terrace on the first floor offers panoramic views of the volcanoes.
