Sun-drenched Olive Trees

A community-style home shared with the owners, located at the foot of the Luberon. You’ll have complete privacy, with a secure pool that can be locked. The pool is shared with the owners. Barbecue, pool house, and 800 m² of fenced-in property. House amenities: oven, microwave, air conditioning, washing machine, dishes, a traditional coffee maker and a Senseo coffee maker, electric and gas stovetops. Bedroom 1 features a 140-cm bed and a closet. The living room features a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, a sofa bed, and Wi-Fi. There is a shaded terrace in front of the house with no direct view from neighboring properties. Cars are parked near the cottage and secured by an electric gate.
A security deposit of 500€ will be required.
No additional guests not specified in the contract will be permitted to stay overnight, but guests may be welcomed during the day with the owners’ permission to enjoy a pleasant visit.
Optional: A supplement of €20 per bed will be charged for sheets.
Bathroom towels: €10 per person.
Pool towels: €10 per person.
We provide liquid laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, hand dish soap, and toilet cleaner free of charge; we ask that you do not use any bleach-based products (septic tank). Thank you. The accommodation sleeps up to 4 people; a travel crib is available (without sheets).
Stays run from Saturday to Saturday. Pets are not allowed.
