Appartamenti la Picchiera is a complex of two apartments located on the ground floor of a historic farmhouse a few kilometers from the center of La Morra. The apartment you are looking at can accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment has an independent entrance, working kitchen, washing machine and is designed for use by people with limited mobility. It also overlooks a large internal garden with a view of the Langhe. The apartment is new: it was opened in July 2021.

The apartment consists of:
(1) One bedroom with one double and one single bed
(2) A second room where there is the kitchen and the dining area and where the 3rd bed is placed which we use when there are 4 guests or if guests prefer to stay in two separate rooms (NOT a sofa bed but a normal single bed as shown in the photos).
(3) Large bathroom with shower and washing machine

The garden is common to the property but is for the exclusive use of guests, the host and any other guests of the house, it is completely fenced and overlooks the Langhe as you can see from the photos of the exteriors, all taken from the courtyard of the property.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A kitchenette is outfitted with a stovetop and a dishwasher. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a washing machine.
