I stayed for 2 nights with my family for an event. The room was clean and quiet at night, even though the motel was full. They don’t give shampoo or body cream, only small bar soaps. And they promote a coffee machine on the website, but it was out of service. Overall, it was a good stay for the price, but it could use a few more amenities.

Clean, comfortable bed, Shower looks like it was redone recently, and it looks more modern. Good water pressure. Nice size TV that does not look like it is 20 years old. The AC worked great. The negatives include just a basic hard plastic chair at the desk next to the TV. No other place to sit, even though there is room for another set of chairs and a table. Very spartan. The location is convenient, very close to I8. You can walk to the 7/11 for coffee and whatnot, and there is also a Starbucks and a Better Buzz a bit further down the street, but still walking distance. Parking is very tight, especially with a larger vehicle. The one morning, I had to get into my rented Jeep Grand Cherokee through the PASSENGER side because there was no way for me to access the driver's side door due to another large SUV parked right next to me.
