Maison Monte d'A Rena overlooks the homonymous beach (Cala Monte d'Arena) about 10 meters from the shoreline. The apartment consists of two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two single beds. The peculiarity lies in the fact that each room has direct access to the outside, for a romantic getaway to the sea without other guests being able to notice it. One room has an en suite bathroom. While the corridor leads to the main bathroom, also with a shower.
One of the most beautiful and livable areas of the house is precisely the large living room with kitchen overlooking the sea. In this area there are two designer sofas that give the feeling of being on the water's edge, beyond the front garden. Lunch can be provided by cooking in an equipped and modern area, with everything you need: Oven, Microwave, Induction Hob, Fridge, Large Sink, Dishwasher, Washing Machine. The house has pots and pans to cook all the typical Sardinian seafood delicacies .
Also in the living room there is a satellite TV together with the Wi-Fi network, always available free of charge.
What if you wanted to have lunch inside? No problem, a large table for more than 6 places was handmade by a local artist. However, even outside, in the patio-terrace there is a table with a sea view! A very comfortable outdoor shower, with a small stone sink, are at hand to cheer up hot sunny days or to prepare a quick snack in the open air.
The relaxation could continue in the front area, in the green lawn with sofa and armchairs overlooking the beach. There are very few apartments that can enjoy such a unique and romantic view of the bay. While two deckchairs will be useful for sunbathing, with greater confidentiality. The house is bordered by other apartments but enjoys its privacy. Access is from the back of the building, pedestrianized, while a driveway is available at the front for unloading luggage. We have prepared for you, air conditioning and independent heating in all rooms. The interior fireplace will remain only as a beautiful piece of furniture .

Only if strictly necessary, upon direct request provided at least one day in advance and subject to availability, it is possible to leave luggage directly inside the apartment, before check-in, while the cleaning service is in progress, for an additional cost of 50.00 EUR in cash on site.
Parking (unguarded) is available on the street, in the recess located at the back of the entire building.
