Linens: not included. To lighten your luggage, we offer sheet and towel kits for rent. Be sure to reserve them with our team at least 48 hours before your arrival 🧺

Check-in & check-out:

Check-in: Keys must be picked up in person between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. during the off-season (4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. in the summer). We need your exact arrival time to ensure a smooth check-in ⏰

Check-out: must be between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. As a property management company managing multiple units, our check-out schedule is set in advance to ensure the property is clean for the next guests. The exact check-out time agreed upon with our team must be strictly adhered to.

If the rental takes place during the winter season and lasts more than 7 days, heating charges will be billed based on the meter reading
Information on the Security Deposit:

During your online booking, a simple bank pre-authorization (card hold) will be placed at the same time as your payment.

Rest assured: this is not a charge, but a temporary hold.

This hold covers:

€500 for the apartment security deposit (in case of property damage).

This amount will not be debited from your account. The pre-authorization will be automatically released at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
