Designed as a family home for the comfort of its guests, this superb, spacious, and light-filled gîte is located in the peaceful countryside, 25 km from Nantes and 30 km from Clisson and Pornic. It respects the building's original character and prioritizes sustainable environmental practices.
Charming, enclosed, landscaped garden of 1700 m², entirely natural, with an unheated saltwater swimming pool (4x6m) and a koi pond. The ground floor comprises a separate fitted kitchen, a large living/dining room accessible by two steps, four bedrooms (1: 160x200cm bed with en-suite bathroom, 2: 160x200cm bed with en-suite shower room, 3: 140x190cm bed, 4: 90x190cm bed), and three separate toilets. The two bathrooms/shower rooms are also accessible from the hallway. Amenities included: Wi-Fi, DVD player, stereo system, clothes dryer, library.
