Disappointed as I had asked for an early check in due to an arrival at noon for a wedding. There was no follow up or communication from the hotel with any status updates. When we called to find out we were informed the guest had a late checkout and did not give us any estimate or ability to get another room instead. I had signed up for notifications for when the room was ready and received none. As a result of the inability for early check in we were not able to get our room until after the wedding and even though I prepaid and did early check in via the app had zero mobile room key which required us to go to the front desk and have to redo the whole check in process. Overall frustrating experience.
