This bright and spacious 1 bedroom apartment has a street view of the ocean and is a short 2 block walk to Windansea beach. It is close to downtown La Jolla, including La Jolla Cove, the La Jolla Tide Pools and La Jolla Shores. It is also a short drive to Pacific Beach.
This apartment is approximately 700 square feet and is the south unit. It is one of two side-by-side units in a shared courtyard.
The open living room contains plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The sofa sectional sits across from a wall-mounted 50” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas.
The bathroom has been newly remodeled with high-end fixtures and multiple towel racks.
The bedroom features a king bed, TV, closet and mirror.

La Jolla Stay
The Pros: The place was newly renovated and nice. Good size bedroom and living room. Galley kitchen with nice amenities. Proximity (2 blocks) to Windansea beach was great, easy walk straight down to the water! Very nice neighborhood for casual walks. Ample street parking, normally close by the house.The Cons: Very small bathroom. Not close enough to walk to restaurants or cafes. No BBQ available. Lack of salt and pepper was a bummer, even though they had shakers on the counter. Front gate was a pain to open due to it getting stuck and had to lower a shoulder into it (easy to fix though), ended up primarily using back door.
