Petite house 'Gite Oléron Indoor Pool' with shared garden and Wi-Fi

Set on a 20-hectare farm, our rural gîtes are former outbuildings fully renovated for relaxation and comfort. They can be rented individually or together.



The “Oléron” gîte is rated 3 stars, ensuring quality and transparency.



Located to the west and adjoining “gîte Aix”, “Oléron” offers 120 m² of space. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 1 room with bunk bed and 2 single beds). The ground floor features a living-dining room (TV, DVD player, wired or Wi-Fi internet), a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), a bathroom, a shower room (washing machine and dryer), and 2 separate toilets. Bed linen and towels, as well as breakfast, are not included but are available on site for an extra fee.



You will have access to private outdoor parking, a 1,500 m² shared garden with children’s playset, table tennis, barbecue, indoor shared pool, and garden furniture.



This spacious, bright gîte is perfect for family or friends’ gatherings.



The heated, covered pool is open year-round from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, secured and locked. As it is shallow (1.20 m), jumping is not allowed. Private parking is outside the gîtes’ grounds. Catering service is available on site. Pets allowed under certain conditions. Please keep noise down after 11:30 pm. For leisure, you can enjoy table tennis, Molky, boules, trapeze, and swings.
